Settings

Settings control a few global behaviors in the editor. These options are edited in the Central Panel and apply to the entire editor (they’re saved seperately from the poject and persist between sessions and across all projects).

Snap (in pixels) #

Sets how far a Layer moves per “tick” when you drag it on the Layout Canvas.

  • Accepts whole or decimal numbers
    • (e.g., 1, 0.5, 8).
  • Higher values = Coarser movement
  • lower values = Finer control

Examples

  • 1:
    • Nudge by single pixels.
  • 8:
    • Move in clean 8-px steps (handy for grid-like Layouts).

Rotation Snap #

Controls how much the rotation changes per step when using the rotation handle.

  • Accepts whole or decimal degrees
    • (e.g., 1, 2.5, 15).
  • Larger values make it easier to hit common angles.
  • Smaller values allow precise rotation.

Examples

  • 15
    • Quick access to 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, etc.
  • 1
    • Fine adjustments for exact alignment.

Set Library View Mode #

Sets the default view for the Set Library.

  • Thumbnails
    • Visual previews of cards.
  • Details
    • A data-first list showing row information used to generate each card.

Changing this setting changes the setting the the Library and vice versa.
